BharatBound is an independent research publication for Indians abroad planning a return — by the makers of GIFT City Insider. Run by returnee-track NRIs; a human answers the inbox.

How we make money

Today: we route GIFT-corridor property intent to our sibling desk, which earns disclosed channel-partner commissions. Later: possible per-city partner desks and a paid landing-concierge service. Never: paid placements or altered scores in the atlas — no city, developer, or state can buy a ranking, a tier, or a softer "honest catch."

Data & method

Air readings from our own daily multi-city logger plus public sources (CPCB/IQAir); prices from portal rate-cards, refreshed quarterly; scores are per-persona and argued, not algorithmic oracles. Corrections with credit: email us with better data and we'll publish it.

Not advice

Research, not immigration, tax, legal, or investment advice. The RNOR/FEMA/customs content describes rules that change — verify with professionals before acting. If our research keeps you abroad another year, that's a good outcome too.

AI production

Parts of our content pipeline use AI (drafting, narration in future video). Every fact traces to sources; every page is human-reviewed. We over-disclose on principle.
